I have been using sublingual melatonin for almost a year. It was recommended to me by a Doctor who treats ADHD kids. On the days I work my 2nd job, I need to be able to get right to sleep when I get home late at night because I only have a few hours to sleep and it works great.
This product is also wonderful for those times when I wake up and can't get back to sleep. I feel comfortable putting a tablet under my tongue at 2am or 3am when I have to be up at 6.
I would note however, I was intending to let my 14-year-old son use it when he is restless (ADHD) but when I did some reading I found that it is not recommended for anyone with asthma which he has.
