I have been taking the Krill for only 3 weeks. I am taking them to help get my cholesterol under control. While I haven't had my levels checked yet, I have already experienced one significant benefit. The Krill has drastically improved my PMS symptoms - I'm astonished! I'm re-ordering today to make sure I don't run out! :) I will say that when I first opened the bottle, the smell about knocked me out! I called Source Naturals as I wanted to make sure I wasn't dealing with a rancid product. They assured me that this is the way Krill smells. Other than the smell, there is no problem taking them - no taste or fishy after taste. I am looking forward to getting my blood work done as I have to believe the Krill is also having a positive affect on my cholesterol.
