Over the years I have picked up sleep masks at a variety of stores and price levels and have never found one that both stays put comfortably, and actually blocks light well. Then I heard about the Spa Comforts sleep mask. Wow. It is comfortable, it stays in place, and it blocks light beautifully. They've built in these little pockets below your eyes that are ingenious. Adjust the mask, and pull the little pockets open and everything is dark. I have slept so well wearing this mask.
The material is soft and comfortable, and the band is easily adjusted to size because of the velcro closure. The first few nights I used it I found the lavender smell to be overwhelming, but I am rather scent sensitive. With a few days the scent mellowed out and is now quite lovely. It is real lavender, not some kind of chemical pretender. This sleep mask is far better than any sleep aid I've ever taken.
