I jazzercise 7 days a week and suffer from plantar fasciitis and my doctor recommended these.
Best purchase next to good shoes I've made! I've had no problems with them except they're bulky, but when you think about the pain they're relieving, it's not a problem.

Well my shin splints don't hurt as much anymore, but i do have really high arches and these are not the best ones for high arches. I feel these ones are made more for people with flat feet.Customer Review: Very comfortable but too thick

These insoles are some of the more comfortable I have owned, however they are too think and place a lot of pressure on my upper foot, mainly at the bridge. I bought them to replace the insoles in my biking shoes and my foot fell asleep shortly after I put my shoes on. I tried to complete a ride with them but after 45 mins my foot was still tingling. I then moved them to my running shoes and the same thing happened. They are just too thick for me. They would probably work really well in a work boot where you had more room. I am ordering some hiking boots in the next few weeks. I will try them out in those and revise my review if needed.Customer Review: Nice item but beware of thickness

I purchased this to replace the factory inserts in a pair of Adidas trail running shoes. They feel nice outside the shoe but once inserted they are so tall that they make the shoe very uncomfortable. I understand the irony of complaining that a cushioning insert is too thick as that is how it cushions, but for me, they make the shoe unwearable. Lesson learned, and maybe in another pair they will fit better - but for me this was $10 that couls have been better spent.
