I purchased these because I have a neuroma in my right foot. The straps were tight when I first got them - I had to stretch them out a bit before I could wear them (a couple of rolled up socks under the straps overnight did the trick). Other than that they fit great - the molding of the footbed was a perfect fit for my foot. Their design forced me to put pressure on the whole foot correctly instead of limping due to the neuroma. In addition, the metatarsal supports built in the shoes have been helping my foot to feel a bit better. I have enjoyed them so much I will be purchasing the other style sandal made by Spenco as well.
