I have used Spenco Rx Comfort Insoles for around 15 years now. I would not even consider wearing athletic or casual shoes without them. The only reason I do not usually wear them in my dress shoes is that I wear prescription orthotics over them and they don't fit in my dress shoes. They provide just the right amount of cushioning, are easy to keep clean, and last for years if rotated regularly. As a matter of fact, I am placing an order now to replace two pairs I have had since 2005. The old ones are still usable but starting to lose a bit of their cushioning. One of the few "perfect products" I have ever bought.
