I love these insoles! I bought these along with the Q Factors which are also awesome. I wasn't sure about them at first, but they are really supportive. They're just what I need for a day of walking/standing. I got them in 9-10 and they fit perfectly in my size 10 boots that are too roomy for my liking. I haven't tried these in cross trainers yet, but I'm excited to do so. Needless to say, I plan to order more insoles from Spenco. I want to try the heavy duty & gel ones next!
