This urinal is far and away the best for a long-term need. It can be used one-handed independently, because there is no cap to remove or put on for use. This feature makes it one in a million for hemiplegics. No urine or urine odor whatever escapes, even if it is dropped. It is large enough for several uses before it needs to be emptied. It is easy to empty and clean. It is so good that this is the second one we are ordering so one can be in each end of the house.
