I have a mixed problem with my kidneys, mostly with protein spillage problems. I tried this product out as an alternative to the naturemade product that I take that requires me to take 8 pills a day, and a couple dollars more. Let me tell you this...this one pill a day of spring valley is definitely not as effective, I wish that it was because it would save me a lot. However, when I take the NatureMade cranberry tables my protein spillage is a lot less, so if you have kidney problems as bad as mine I recommend that and not this.
