I am going to buy this product, but back home in Scotland I used the same product called Stack II and it was great, I took 2 pills before I worked out and I always got a great workout and noticed the difference. My Personal Trainer suggested these to me and I would recommend them to anybody who works out, but people who don't I wouldn't take them! It helps you focus more when working out! I took Stacker 2 for a couple weeks, and I have to say that it does work great.. it does what it says that it does, in that it burns fat. Although, the whole time I was taking these, my sleeping was horrible... I would lay down at night, and lie there for hours, wide awake. These pills have a ton of caffeine in them. I'm not by any means sensitive to caffeine. So, these are great pills, they work...but they are for people that can survive on little sleep! Hot Rox by Biotest is a good pill too, and it doesn't disturb your sleep at all.
