My boyfriend has the original of this tongue scraper that didn't have the rubber grip handles and he loved it so much that I decided to give this one a try. What can I say, it's awesome! You don't even want to know that stuff came off your tongue and trust me it scraps off A LOT!!!! Definately worth the money to invest in this little piece of metal.
