these cups do work no joke..... it great product for the price.. I tried them on my clients and they do feel like deep tissue massage.. some of them did get the red/purplish circle and some of them did not.. for me it took about a week and half to get the circles out on my back, but I think they were there for a little longer because I tried them three days back to back. so the marks were longer. I did feel great after the therapy.. like sore.
5 min is enough, it feels like someone is pinching you and the skin does pick up and you actully feel the therapy. not to painful, if you relax ..
