This product made a world of difference for my Dad. With it, he can get in and out of bed by himself without too much effort. Before he had this product, Dad could not get out of bed without help. I tried other things, but this one really worked and was worth the money. It is held in place by a tension mechanism (tool included) and is fairly easy to move, but you wouldn't want to move it every day.
