This product didn't do what I thought it would do. My massage therapist had to explain to me how to use it and what exactly it did. There are not any instuctions with it. It is also very slipery on the bottom and I had a difficult time keeping it in place. I didn't feel any differently after using it...Customer Review: cheaper possible solution

Not to "dis" this product but I found in a Physical therapy book that if you put 2 tennis balls inside a sock you can create kinda the same thing. Certainly worth a try before you buy this.Customer Review: doesn't quite do the trick

Maybe I'm not using it right or I should have gotten the harder version, but this really didn't do anything for my headaches.
