Stimudents were recommended by my dentist in addition to flossing, to get my gums back in shape after a period of several years when I avoided the dentist. Best price and good delivery through Amazon. I bought a large supply so I can have them readily available everywhere: bathroom, desk at work, and near the recliner in the family room! They work much like toothpicks, but the triangular shape helps massage the gums between teeth, and the mint flavor is a nice little bonus.
