I bought two of these humidifiers for my daughters' rooms, which are fairly small. I liked the size of this model as well as the fact that it didn't have a filter that would need replacing. I returned both of them soon after receiving them. They blew a mist of water about six inches straight up, which proceeded to fall back down, drenching the humidifier as well as whatever surface I put it on. It was not effective at increasing the humidity in the room at all. Plus, on the lowest setting it only lasted for about 6-7 hours. I wouldn't recommend this humidifier to anybody.Customer Review: WHAT A PIECE OF ^(^%

ok, first of all i bought this thing because its reviews werent bad at all AT FIRST. I bought this for my mother. Gave it to her. SHe loved the blue light and very quiet. ONLY BAD THING WAS...it quit working within 2 weeks. It runs, light turns on, but no water sprays out. I lost receipt and now a over sized night light on MY dresser. UGH. If anyone knows how to fix this damn thing please let me know.Customer Review: Not for us

We bought this unit for our bedroom because we had used a similar unit before and liked how quiet it was. This unit was quiet, definitely put humidity in the air in our room. The downside however, is that the carpet around the unit was getting wet, so we put a towel underneath, which turned out to be soaked, along with the carpet after running all night. This was unacceptable so we returned the unit.Customer Review: poor product

I agree with all the bad reviews. It lasts about 6 hours, is noisy and shoots a short stream of humidity straight up. We have to get up in the night to refill, and its hard to pull the resevoir off the base. We bought 2 and are returning them.Customer Review: doesn't work

i purchased this for my small dorm room, set it right next to my bed and there was no change in humidity. you have to stick your face on top of the mist to even notice a difference. it lasted 6 hours at most, it woun't even last a whole night.
