I really enjoyed the benefits of trying this product. Compared to other heating pads that I've used, this one is much softer and larger. It also provides a steadier degree of heat. The four settings allow one to adjust the temperature to suit individual needs. Although I haven't done this, I like the fact that you can disconnect the pad from its control wire and machine wash it as needed. It also has Auto-Off, a great safety feature that will shut the pad off after two hours. This product is definitely recommendable.
