I absolutely love this product, and definitely recommend it. If you have somewhere important to go, and haven't worked out in a while, three to four weeks before the event, use the AB-slide in the morning and at night, and you'll actually see abs, the cuts and everything. I mean, if you haven't worked out in a while, and you use the ab slide, a day or two later you'll be in pain, but thats a sign that it is working, keep up, and the pain will go away and abs will stay. of course you also have to eat healthy as well. By the way I have two of these already, for when I stay over at a friends house, I just keep one there. It's truly the best product.Customer Review: Abs Roller

The Roller Slide Abdominal Roller Exerciser is the most effective simple machine that I have ever utilised for my abs exercises. I got this product because I had used it before and I developed a very enviable six pack. Well with five more years added to my age and a good friend borrowing my roller I lost my six pack and was on the verge of developing a respectful abdominal bulge or pouch. Well after 2 mths with this roller I can already see results. I had an ab roller similar to this a few years back, and I loved it. I gave it full credit for the six pack abs I got from using it. Then, I loaned the machine out. Years passed...the six pack went away, and I never got my ab roller back. By chance I thought they might have one on Amazon, and low and behold they did. The Sunny Health & Fitness Roller Slide is actually a better version of the one I had, and even comes with a matt and exercise pointers. You feel the effects of the machine within just one use...six pack abs are not far away. ;)Customer Review: Abs over time.

I have been using this product for 8 years now. If you use them agressively they break about every three months, but they will give you abs without the bad back that other products will. The spring in the machine helps you come on the coming back up. This machine takes time but it is small and I take even when I travel around the country. All in all cheaper and much more accessible than other ways of exercise.

After 2 weeks of incorporating this into my workout - I can see results. After the first time using it, it hurt every time I sneezed. I had been doing regular crunches along with my daily workout, but after using this I felt my lower abdominal muscles being worked too, an area I'd been struggling with targeting. This has been a great addition to my workout and my husband and I both use it always feeling it's results.
