I have had an ab roller in the past, and they are awesome! However, don't buy this item if you are planning on using it only on occasion and expecting to get six pack abs. If you use it everyday though it will help tone up your stomach and get rid of some of those fat dimples. Another plus it really works on your core, so you should see an increase in back strength in time as well. I would def. recommend this product.Customer Review: Works, but squeaks alot
