Very good orthotic, except I didn't read the instructions and cut it a little short.
Best to cut the orthotic to match the insole your replacing, or trace your feet on it but leave another quarter inch of length in front of your toes.
I traced my feet but now my toes slightly overhand the front of the orthotic by about 1/16 an inch - bummer, I'll probably have to buy another pair.
