The med's I take daily cause constipation which Ive suffered from for years.I take two of these in the morning and two before bed.Now I'm pretty much regular.These are a great alternative to laxatives,if I wasn't using these I'd have to go back to the commercial equivalent.The Swiss Kriss allow me to have a natural BM were the laxatives don't.Customer Review: Works when nothing else will.

I've tried lots of products and monitor my diet carefully, but I still have chronic problems with constipation. Swiss Kriss is the only product I've found, in about 35 years of looking, that "helps me out" and does so without any discomfort. Tbhi sis the best laxative - genlte and reliable. Take 2 at night and you're regular the next day without the sudden cramps and urges of other laxatives.
