I can't give this product enough stars. I have restless leg syndrome, my legs/feet tend to twitch 30 to 60 minutes after I go to sleep. Using this for 5 to 15 minutes does the trick and then I can get to sleep. I bought it about 3 years ago and probably have averaged using it 2 or 3 times a week.
I have also found this to be great on my legs if they are sore from exercise. With this along with being able to sleep well at night I give it 5 stars even with a couple of negatives.
The only negatives I can say is:
* expensive unless like me you really need one
* it is too loud to use in my bedroom as that will wake up my wife
