Would've been nice to know in advance that the watch's band was just garbage. The back cover was not even attached with screws but kind of a spring clamp. Every time the watch was taken off the back of the watch popped off & exposed the battery! I purchased this for an elderly person that was blind therefore she would not have been able to fix it every time,not that anyone should have to. I was so disgusted by the quality of the product that it was not even worth my time to return it! I just threw it away & will shop else where! I should have known...it was made in CHINA...guess it was a good reminder of you get what you pay for!! No more CHINESE products for me!! Live and learn right?????????

Overall, this product does what it was designed to do, but doesn't last long. We were satisfied up until it started making strange sounds and stopped working. A screw apparently broke lose inside and was not possible to fix. Maxi-Aids only warranties for 90 days and wants $15 to repair it.
