I love this scale. How can it figure out all those neat statistics? It gives a very thourough overall picture of your health and condition. Much more useful than a traditonal or even a body fat only scale to help manage ones weight and health. Read all the instructions before using to minimize confusion. Keep the read out reference book handy for interpreting data. I bought this scale as I began my journey to better health. So far it has been accurate and consistent and the options are great for tracking progress. Especially motivating for weight management when the scale doesn't seem to budge but you're working out more than ever-- weight won't change but the confirmation that comes with seeing the fat % and muscle mass grow will. This scale is well worth the extra money! Weight itself no longer rules whether lifestyle and fitness are moving in a positive direction. The muscle mass displayed in pounds compared to the number of pounds of fat is a wonderful way to monitor progress...something the simple overall weight number cannot do alone. Bought this scale on a recommendation for a runner friend of ours. We are really quite pleased with it. It's very sleek and modern, doesn't take up too much room and seem to be quite consistent in it's readings. I you're an athlete and looking for a body-fat scale this is probably the best buy out there.
