This is an awesome scale. A neighbor who is a runner recommended it and I too would highly recommed it. It is very accurate and is a great measure of your true body composition and fitness level. I especially like keeping track of my Muscle weight and % Fat, and % Hydration.

I like this scale very much. The first one i received did not work well. I called Tanita and hold time was very long but they said the scale was defective. I have purchased about 10 Tanita InnerScan products for myself, family, and friends. They are great products.
They also stand behind their products. Somehow the LCD panel on my BC554 got cracked. I returned it under their waranty. It was replaced and returned at no charge.
