Customer Review: On time, under budget still overweight!

We purchased this product; it was delivered on time, as represented and appeared to be of a higher quality than we had thought. We installed the batteries; it worked for three days and then stopped. We replaced the batteries and it has never worked since. We contacted Competitive Edge received our RMA, sent the scale back in the delivery box in the same packaging for an exchange. Fortunately we had our problem within the first 30 days. This allows us to return it to Competitive Edge. However, we are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the State of Washington and you must also make sure that it is shipped by a courier that insures the contents for the original cost. We are now waiting for the exchanged scales to arrive at our home. This could take as long as another 10 days. The folks at Competitive Edge have been courteous but I have not felt they have gone out of their way to provide assistance.
The proof will come "when our scales arrive" and whether or not they "will perform as promised." So far the cost to us has been the price of the product, $15.00 in shipping and we first ordered this product on July the 4th.
"Thank is well. Great service, great product, speedy return and everything works as it should. Except me! I am still overweight and plan to use our great new scales to motivate me to implement the needed changes!
