We have it for few years now. I'm surprised it's still working. I even incidentally spill a good amount of water over it and it still works. I suspect that it is not calibrated well - it probably has few grams constant deviation but it's doing the job to monitor your gain/lost. It gives "ERROR" on the screen if you don't step correctly every now and then. I guess with some more research you can find a better one.Customer Review: Great Little Scale

I bought this scale for its price (the cheapest electronic scale) and was surprised by its quality. As other reviews say, it is a little small compared to others, but it is very light weight and easy to use. I plan to use this in a kindergarten classroom, which is carpeted. I've tested the scale on both carpet and hard floor and both gave me the same weight. (Not very intensive research, but passed my test!)Customer Review: Great Scale!!

First of all, this is a great price compared to other digital scales I saw at other retailers and second of all, I'd rather have a digital scale like this any day since with my old one, the needle never went back on the zero after you weighed yourself & it was never accurate because it kept giving me different readings since I would have to constantly adjust it.Customer Review: Excellent company to deal with

We bought one of these about 5 years ago. Two weeks ago it stopped working, and a new lithium battery didn't fix it. I followed the instructions for returning their lifetime warranty products, and a week later a brand-new scale appeared via UPS. That kind of service is becoming increasingly rare. We have wide pine floors and our old scale showed a different reading on different areas of the floor. And we would have to step on it several times and get an average because it showed different readings each time. This scale shows the SAME reading no matter what or where it is on the floor! Very good scale!
