I was tired of my wife leaving her hair dryer on the bathroom counter. When I saw this item, the picture made it hard to tell if it was a quality item. Let me assure you that it is very good. It's solid nickel. It comes with all the hardware needed to install it and is very sturdy. The only negative is that the diameter of the holder ring is about 2 1/4" (inches). This was the perfect fit for our hair dryer, but ours is a small one. You realy need to check the size of your dryer's nozzle before ordering.Customer Review: girls gotta have!

ok, for all the ladies out there who are still wrapping up the cord and putting their dryer in a drawer everyday -- help has arrived! what a time saver and beyond convenient!! this product is well built, strong, and looks good just about anywhere. simple to install and then never worry about having to grab the dryer for a quick "fix" cuz it's right there waiting:) !Customer Review: Very Handy

Taymor products are worth the money and this hair dryer holder is a good example. I would have rated it 5 stars if it had not fallen a touch short.
Before I explain, I should point out that Taymor has other products of this type, which may have been better.
The product is sturdy, nicely finished and holds firm when screwed into a stud.
The problem is when the hair dryer has the small concentrater on the the end of the blower opening. The hair dryer fits fine without the concentrator attachment, but it will have to be removed to fit the round holder. A amall, easily handled issue.
Taymor has other dryer holder options, so I recommend reviewing all to determine what you prefer.

I never realized my hair dryer was OVAL until I tried to put it in this circular holder. It was too big to go in even a little way. I love the idea of a "holster" for the hair dryer.
It has turned out to be a nice curling iron holder...until I can find something that my big old blow dryer will fit into.
