I've been using Tears Natural II for over 7yrs now, usually a drop in the AM when I wake up, one at midday and one before bedtime. Feels great and no blurriness at all. However, it appears Alcon is now promoting a new product - Systane and I bought it at Costco for about $7 less than what I paid on Amazon for Tear Natural II. I'm not very happy with Systane, there's a definitely oily feeling and temporary blurriness after I put in a drop of Systane. However, unless I can get Tears Natural II for a price closer to Systane, I guess I would settle for Systane. But if you don't mind paying a bit more, Tears Natural II is the way to go!
