I ordered the unscented set for my boyfriend's birthday. He had been interested in trying something other than just a can of shave cream and a razor. He absolutely loves it! He used to get razor burn on his neck, but didn't have a problem with it after using this. I asked him how the shaving cream lathered after reading some of the reviews on here. He said it lathered great. Some people might not have wet their brush before using the cream. I also bought him a different brush (came with a bowl, razor, and stand). The one in this kit didn't look like it would last long. Overall this is a great starter kit for someone who wants to try something nicer than just shaving cream.
