I was using a nasal aspirator from a kit which barely got anything out and in my desperation I went to the pharmacy and got this. I like the fact that the section leading to the nose is long and narrow, which increases pressure and gives a lot of suction. The design also prevents you inserting too far into infants little nostrils and I find the tip to be quite soft.
