I was very pleased with this product. The description was very accurate. I admit that it is a bit larger than I expected.. but this is hardly a bad thing.
Remember to squish the neckwrap around in your hands upon removing it from the microwave to distribute the warmth. (I usually choose 2 minutes on high) The aromas included are removable, but they are quite soothing and very, very mild.
I chose it for a holiday gift for a few friends, and kept one for myself. Should have gotten an additional one for my husband too.. be prepared to share if you don't!
All in all... this is a terrific buy. Total comfort... ahhhhh....
