I was struck by the wide disparity in reviews. I found this wrap to be exactly what I hoped for, an inexpensive and pleasant adjunct to my other neck therapies. Easy to use (can m/w w/o removing from cover), washable, inoffensive aroma. Retains heat for a while - 15 min? Definitely not a cure for neck pain, for a desk jockey like me I have to look at many factors, monitor position, old pillows, frequent breaks, stretches, etc.

This unique insert allows you to heat & cool the neck wrap in the microwave or freezer for long lasting relaxation. The fill inside the insert naturally retains heat/cold to keep you relaxed and comforted while the herbs soothe your senses! Outer cover is made of 100% Polyester chenille fabric and is easily removed for machine washing. The Cozy Neck Wrap can be used as a supportive pillow on long trips or while watching TV.
