This is a wonderful product. I have arthritis in my lumbar back and some days you just need some extra heat to make life workable. It has very long ties that reach around I would think every size person. The seeds heat up well and hold their heat for quite a while. Feels very good.
I did have to wash the belt and it did shrink a bit altho I did follow directions but it is certainly still useful.
Feels very good on my back especially in the winter months.
