I bought this on sale and am Happy that I did! This device keeps your wrist from tensing up because of the constant pressure point-style of massaging. It may feel slightly uncomfortable at times, but so does a good back massage. As an office worker, I have used it with a large trackball for 5 years and have no symptoms of carpal tunnel.
