Men's Magazine recommended this pillow for a simple solution to snoring. The description says that the material is viscous foam, but in reality, it is too firm. It does work to keep your head tilted to the side. The size of the pillow is also very small, so when your head tilts to the side, there is very little pillow for your head to rest on. I thought this might be a easy solution without medical intervention, but really does not work that well.Customer Review: A little bit to get used to as it has a slight hard spot to keep your head from rolling but once you are used to it is very comfortable.

Although more a comfortable pillow than the convential fluf-filled types, the Obus forme-Anit-Snore Pillow didn't "anti-snore" my snoring. I continued to get poked, prodded, and rolled by my wife throughout the night. I've since found generic "breath-right" strips work best for me.
