A recent bout of painful muscle tension in my shoulders has led me to get my first-ever deep-tissue massage last week, and it failed to do much to relieve the tension. My masseuse imprudently recommended that I try this handy tool, and let me try out her Backnobber for a minute. I was hooked! Thanks to leverage or some other awesome basic of physics, only a light touch is needed to massage out knots, so this doesn't exacerbate my wrist problems! (Which my physical therapist theorizes were brought on by chronic shoulder tension.)Customer Review: Suprisingly good
