The Backnobber II is a wonderful product. If you ever have sore muscles in your neck or back, the Backnobber will definitely relieve them without taking prescription drugs or going to a chiropractor. It is so easy to operate...just put one end of the Backnobber on your sore muscle or "knot" and hold the opposite end with your hand and start working it in a circular motion. In a short time, all the tension will be gone. If your muscles are really sore, it may take additional times, but it will go away. I wake up some mornings with a sore neck, but after using the Backnobber on it, in a short while, all the pain disappears. This product is definitely a great buy......whatever the cost!
