Obviously I can't reach my own back with it like I can with theracane, but it is great if you have someone with very strong hands to apply pressure to trigger points.
The only issue that I have seen after a few sessions is that my wife's hands get sore pretty quick due to the way the Jacknobber II applies pressure to her hand. It is much better than trying to get to trigger points and apply consistent pressure with a thumb though...

As with the Tetracom Massagers, this item is the exact same. It has no balance. It just four random knobs poking out. It is impossible to use on yourself due to lack of balance and pressure. You will need someone else to use this item to dig into your muscles for you. Not what I needed.
