My physical therapist recommended me order this product. I used it at work because I sit behind a desk all day. I found that it hurts my back more than it helps. I stopped using it after trying it for 3 weeks. My back feels better.Customer Review: Not What I Expected...

Did not like because the roll pushes your lower back into an unnatural position therefore causing greater pain. Also, if you are dissatisfied with the product, the company does not accept returns on opened packages.
