First of all, the scale suppose to be on flat, hard, lever surface, not on the rug or carpet - it's not a pillow Second, don't claim that it's wrong when you put on it your sport weights (like 3, 5, 10 pounds). It's not potatoes scale - It needs to be more than 10 or even 20 pounds. All adjustments with zero point is normal stuff for anybody. Simple to read dial with "readable" pounds and kg. I have a 9 and half size of shoes, so my feet fits not bigger than scale and i stay comfortable.
