I purchased this product just to compare to the Body Back Buddy and there is no comparison. It is half the size and half the therapy knobs and nearly the same price. Do yourself a favor and get the better product. Go for the Body Back Buddy. It has so many uses for trigger point therapy and pain relief that I find something new every time I use it. 11 therapy knobs, two sides and 100 different ways to use it. I am very into massage equipment/supplies; I was excited about this purchase since I have chronic pain and deep knots. This contraption happens to be the worst tool I have ever used. I have actually had an increase in pain & knots since using it - I gave it a few tries to be fair. I am not overdoing it nor using it incorrectly either.
