I loved the beads, and it did knock out a headache in just a few minutes. It is very cold though, and it takes several minutes on your eyes of removing it and putting it back on again in order to tolerate the cold. The cold last less than 30 minutes though and then the condensation runs down your face once it starts thawing. I bought this thinking it would help my sinuses. I get severe inflammation at night that keeps me congested. It doesn't help with that, but if you have a sinus headache or even a stress headache, it does help that.Customer Review: Good for your eyes but a bit plasticy and uncomfortable sometimes

This eye mask works quite well if you use it properly. But I do have some nuisances with this product, the elastic could be made in a broader shape as the small shape starts to dig into my head. And there is a thick plastic where they sealed the beads which sometimes causes discomfort. But again if you use it properly you wouldn't notice these issues.Customer Review: Good while it lasted

I bought this hoping to finally find a nice eye mask that would last me a while. When I got this in the mail I was super excited, the plastic didn't feel too cheep, the little gel balls inside were interesting, and not hard at all. Unfortunately this mask only lasted about 4 nights. I never fell asleep with this on, I always took it off before I fell asleep, but on the 5th night of using it, I felt some liquid on my face, and to my surprise it had already broken :(
This product is getting 2 stars because of how nice it was before it broke.

When I purchased this eye mask, it was to specifically use it for both hot and cold therapy. The mask itself is a contradiction. The front states "It's ice. It's Heat. It's smart relief." However....the back states that it should not be heated, that it can only be frozen. BIG disappointment! It is small and cheap, and definitely NOT worth the almost $12 that I paid. I would probably purchase it for $2, if that included shipping and handling. Piece of junk! Shame on the seller!!!!
