I have had muscle spasms in my neck/shoulder/arm for 4 months. I was given the back HeatWraps by a friend and used them on my shoulder. Although the fit was odd since it wasn't meant for that location, it did a decent job of providing warmth.
Today, I tried the ones meant for my target area and instead of fitting better, it just falls off. The adhesive only works for one stick and, lo and behold, you are one of the few people who doesn't stand perfectly still for 8 hours. It'll detach itself if you move. Mine lasted all of about 5 minutes before it was completely worthless. Considering it takes 30 minutes to even heat up, it was a total waste of money.
The irony is they apparently even changed the shape to fit better and its still worthless. Save your cash and get an electric heat pad or just soak in a hot bath.
