This is a bit like like reviewing a pencil- you sharpen it and start writing- if you make a mistake, use the other end. In other words, this is a very easy product to use that delivers straightforward results. All you do is tear open the package and stick it on where your pain is- in this case the back. It heats up quickly and stays stuck unless you're sweating excessively or rubbing your back up against something a lot. All-in-all a great product- and anyone with back pain knows how good heat feels and now you can stay heated while you're up and about!
