Bought this to use as an ice pack to sit on (hamstring injury) while on a long plane flight. Worked ok until I realized it was leaking around the seal of the cap. So, it's not strong enough to sit on.Customer Review: Choose A different bag

This bag got a hole a few months after I purchased it (mainly as a hot water bottle for my back). Go with another model.
