This product is multi purposed, it can be used to kill mold when dispensed in a diffuser. It also is a great antibacterial product to strengthen defenses against mouth, sinus and other respiratory maladies. I got a bottle of Thieves after experiencing it through a friend. Within 2 weeks of receiving it, I opened it and immediately noticed it smelled sour and bad. I called 911 Health Shop to see if I could get a refund or exchange and they will not do either. This smells bad and I do not want it on my body for the smell and I don't know what has happened to it and if it will in turn, have adverse effects on me. That was 40$ wasted. I feel that this is bad customer service (Young Living says it is up to the distributor, 911 Health Shop, to give me a refund/exchange).
