These are quite refreshing and replace the obligatory mint after meals. It leaves a little tingle. They are also quality made and do not disintegrate on contact. I also use them to clean teeth between meals. It takes for ever to use the pack but I found keeping a container at home, at work, and in the vehicle works best.
The only warning is that these chewing sticks can be additive.

If you're going to pick your teeth, do so with a classy toothpick. These toothpicks are great. They freshen your breath and actually work to improve teeth and gum health. The cinammon flavor is also excellent, although a little hot if you bite into one. I just wish they were available at more stores. I got my first box at a Whole Foods in Santa Fe, New Mexico, but have had to order the rest of my boxes off the Internet. I go through 10 or so toothpicks a day, so they can be addictive.
Update: I think the cinammon flavor is actaully better.

If you are in the process of quitting smoking, BUY THESE. Chew on them in the car, outside with people on their smoke breaks, at the bar, etc. They taste so good and make your breath smell great, and toothpicks are so much classier than cigarettes! The cinnamon ones are veeeerrry strong, so if you aren't a big cinnamon fan, stay away. The mint and tea tree are strong enough on their own.
