Tinactin in the Pump Spray is the best value in the tinactin line of spray products. I prefer the liquid spray pump bottle over the powder spray aerosol can because it is a smaller bottle, doesn't creat a 'cloud' and I can control the application better. As a military man (now retired) I initially turned to Tinactin after trying other brands. Tinactin killed the athletes foot and in my research online I discovered that it is safe to use as preventive maintenance (PM) also. When you wear combat boots for 18 hours a day, you have to be proactive in protecting your feet.
I now live in Florida and if I know it's going to be a day where I am mostly outside in humidity, I'll spray on the tinactin. Same goes for trips to the gym and especially if I use any public shower facilities. Even if you wear shower shoes, the PM value of this product sure beats the horrible pain and smell of foot rot.
