I've used this product for many years now, although has been difficult to find on the shelf of stores recently. Not sure why, except that maybe Tums spends more money for shelf space. Titralac is great. It can be chewed or swallowed, is sugar-free, and is small, so you don't get that "mouthful of chalk" feeling. Other sugar-free antacids I've tried are really blechy tasting compared to Titralac, and they all seem to still try to taste like candy. This doesn't taste like candy, by any stretch, but it's pretty good, all the same. The subscribe & save price is also excellent. I often have to pay more than $6-7 dollars a bottle, and that's if I can locate it. Not at all sure about the other reviewer that says "doctors tell you to try an antacid" but to use Titralac instead. Titralac IS an antacid. Highly recommended.
